Aluku is a food technologist with a passion for creating innovative and safe food products. With 15 years of experience in the food industry, she has expertise in food processing, quality assurance, and product development. She also has a background in horticulture processing, bakery production, coffee processing, and ice cream production which has equipped her with the skills to ensure food safety standards are met while also maximizing nutritional value and flavour.

Aluku holds a Diploma in Food Science Technology from Nairobi Technical Training Institute.
