Benjamin Byinshi
Benjamin holds extensive experience in designing and executing research-related agriculture projects, especially in maize and horticulture value chains. He worked on research projects in the area of food safety and post-harvest handling, including the Rwanda grain market project which helped monitor aflatoxin and enhance the quality of maize in Rwanda.
He also contributed to the Rockefeller whole grain flour project, where he assisted maize value chain actors in enhancing their storage practices and adhering to food safety prerequisites. He holds Master’s Degree in Agriculture Economics.
