Carol Weru

Carol is a Regional Program Lead at the Kenya Climate Innovation Centre (KCIC). She is currently working on the Agribiz program which aims to stimulate the growth of women and youth-owned enterprises in the agribusiness sector. She has over 15 years of experience with expertise in designing, facilitating, and managing impactful business development and re-engineering programs within the financial, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors.

Carol holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), and is a certified Trainer of the KIBT-JICA Project for Enhancing Enterprise Competitiveness in Kenya.
