Conde Lysa is an impact and behavior change manager at One Acre Fund where she leverages research, program leadership, and innovation to drive measurable impact for smallholder farmers, youth, and women. She has led the system-level transformation of agricultural extension services, reaching over 800,000 farmers across East Africa. Her guiding principle is: “Listen, learn, and act with communities.” She holds a Master’s in Environmental Management from Yale University and my Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University,
