Gilbert Dushimimana

Gilbert is an independent consultant on food safety supporting different food industries to comply with regulatory requirements and certifications. He has over 9 years experience working with different food industries in the quality assurance and production departments, including an NGO on an aflatoxin project. Gilbert holds a bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Rwanda.
