Hortence Baho

Hortence is a senior policy and institutional strengthening specialist for Venture37-Land O’ Lakes. She works to ensure that programmatic and contracting processes, funds management, disbursements, procurement and project financial reporting are executed in compliance with donor requirements and deliver impactful results.

She previously served as national programme manager for the Norwegian People’s Aid; senior advisor and team leader for the Multi-Donor Civil Society Programme; deputy chief of party for the HICD/USAID programme, and advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure. She holds an MPA from the National University of Singapore and a BSc in Management from Leeds Becket University UK and PDIA Certified Practitioner from Harvard School of Policy.
