Josue Niyonsingiza

Josue is senior research analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). He contributes to the research and policy analysis and recommendation within the agricultural sector and food system, specifically to Rwanda and Africa Region.

His previous work spanned from program implementation of youth development programs to poverty analysis, trends for growth, and on environment and climate change at the World Bank and other institutions. He holds a Master’s Degree in global human development from Georgetown University
