Kaze Ange Aimee

Kaze is an Access to Nutritious Foods Fellow and entrepreneur who runs Kaze’s Kitchen, a bakery business she founded to promote access to nutritious foods in Kigali, Rwanda. Her bakery mainly targets the niche market for sugar, gluten and lactose-free products. She is part of two key business networks in Rwanda, including Tourism Inc. that supports innovative female-led startups. She also has experience managing community development programmes having worked as a research assistant and a district supervisor for an NGO associated with the First Lady of Rwanda and as project assistant on community a water project. Notable achievements include winning the prototyping grant in the Tourism Inc. competition. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Rwanda.
