Lilian Wanjiru Mbuthia-Matoke

Lilian is a senior agronomist at ICL Group. She is a passionate soil scientist with over 10 years of experience, deeply committed to improving food security and promoting sustainable agricultural practices in E. Africa. Her experience cuts across the private sector, research and technical, policy and advocacy and business development in sustainable agriculture transformations. She has collaborated with other experts to carry out research and training to demonstrate the benefit of integrated soil fertility management practices towards increasing crop productivity. 

Lilian holds a PhD in Environmental Soil Science from University of Tennessee, USA.
