Protais Habanabakize

Protais is the director of programs at APEFA Rwanda where he manages multi-year strategies, secures grants, and engages with donors and government agencies. He is a seasoned professional with a decade of experience in sustainable agriculture, project management and monitoring & evaluation, motivated by a passion for sustainable development and climate resilience.

Protais holds an MSc in Agribusiness from the University of Rwanda.
