What I do
I coordinate the FSLP from design to graduation. The programme is designed in co-creation with the faculty and I work with a fantastic team of lecturers, facilitators, deans, technical mentors, and coaches.
My prediction about the future of food in 100 years
We’ll have stopped eating food that had a heartbeat and we talk openly about food, no taboos. All the education curricula will be shaped around food: from production, soil, air, water, and energy to value creation and consumption.
What I like about The African Food Fellowship
To see and feel the magic of Fellows meeting. Their energy, mutual respect, elevating each other, their love for anything related to food from the seed till consumption. With Fellows’ knowledge and experience blending in… it is mental superfood!
