Rosine Niyonshuti

Rosine is a Food Technology Specialist at Rwanda Standards Board, and is the the National and Regional Technical Secretary of the East African Standards Technical Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses which is a winner of the best East African Standards Technical Committee for the year 2025. She is also the National Codex Contact Person for Rwanda since 2021 up-to-date. Rosine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from University of Dar es Salaam.
