Sandy Mukundente

Sandy is a technical advisor at GIZ where she is focused on the circular economy. She is leveraging her knowledge of agri-food technology to craft regenerative solutions for food systems. She is experienced in driving impactful projects from concept to execution and has led initiatives that significantly reduced post-harvest losses. She is also a co-founder of Eco-Drinks where she successfully developed a zero-plastic drink vending system and secured funding through strategic partnerships. 

Sandy holds a bachelor degree in applied sciences from the University of Rwanda.
